Breeding Danios Or Killifish
Well I think i am going to try another species and I am looking at either Danios or killifish. I have heard that Danios are eggs scatterers and Killifhs needs a spawn mop for breeding but I have only read this. I would like comments regarding what they actually need.
A spawn mop would be easy for me to make as I have all the stuff and have read about the color fast rayon so this isn't an issue. The Danios need large rocks so the eggs can be hiden and the babies can hide until the can fend for themselves. There is also the glass rod idea but I don't how effectively I could do that in a planted tank, either one actually.
Basically, I am looking for anyone who has experience with breeding either fish and how they did it. I have yet been able to get something from the net to work for me so first hand experience is the best way for me to go.
