Is it possible to breed GBR and have fry survive in a peaceful community with guppies, tetras, and cories? It's a 33 long with live plants and driftwood, I plan on redoing my wood tomorrow for more caves and such. What are their breeding habits? Do they care for fry? Etc. would be great. Will they be ok with other fish if they have plenty of hidey holes?

They are terrible parents, they will vigorously defend the eggs and fry for a very short period of time after which they will completely forget they are theirs.

Yep, chances are very slim.... My parents are notorious for ditching their babies after 3 days of free swimming. Best bet would be to take some free swimmers out and put them in a ten gallon.
