All:
I set up a 10 gallon tank for angel fish fry. The fry were doing well and most were surviving for over a week. During the work day time, a white infection of something occurred, causing the entire tank floor to look like freshly fallen snow. This engulfed the fry, thus no survivors.
Water conditions as follows:
pH: 7.0
Ammonia: 0.0
Nitrite: 0.0
Nitrate: 20
Phosphate: 0.0
I have never seen such an infection as this. Has anyone else? Freshly fallen snow is very accurate. Any ideas?
Thanks.
Rupret.
