Cory catfish

I just got 2 white catfish and ever since I got them they have been chasing eachother around. They also vibrate when on top of one another are they mating of attacking eachother. I have another emerald Cory which is bigger and they seem to leave alone. I just got ph to. 7.2 78 degrees have filter and a tropical community tank with other tetra a small pirate ship a snail colorful gravel and 2 fake plants

i doubht that they are breeding, they usually like to breed in a tank with alot of green moss, usually have 6 or more in tank, better chance of pairing up, they lay there eggs in the moss,
