Ok so I took the rocks out of my tank and put driftwood in. The discus are really stressed and not eating should I be worried or just give it time?

If you have live black worms or frozen blood worms available....give em' a try.

Discus are doing pretty well my pigeon blood was hiding alot but now he is very active. Picked up a 3" blue snakeskin today and immediately he was active and eating like he belongs. I will put pick up soon after my tank clears up
