The easiest? Guppy or most livebearers. Most rewarding, well that depends on you. I know they're easy but I always get so excited when my least killies breed so I find them really rewarding.

I have to agree with AquaKai, any livebearers are the easiest to breed. Especially guppies aka million fish this because it has been noted that they can give birth to very large batch at a time.
Yes, livebearers are fun. I think they breed too much for my liking frankly. You never know who fathers who and it can be annoying. Green, albino, and peppered corys are fairly easy to breed. You just need a breeder net to put the eggs in.
