Eggs or Algae

Hi, I am currently wondering what this is in my tank and is quite possibly just algae but I was wondering if it could be eggs from my neon tetras?

I have looked online but didn't see much helpful information on this, hopefully someone could spread some light on it for me.

Thanks in advance.
