I did have an orange Molly but it died a week ago.

it is a livebearing fry. since you say you had a molly that died a week ago. it is positive that the fry came from her.

Was the molly male or female? If female, its a molly fry, if male I'd say cherry barbs. Do you have male and female cherry barbs?(brownish ones and pinkish red ones)

Not sure on Molly, yeah got two males and a female but wasn't sure as I never seen any eggs

From the pic that was just posted, thems a molly fry for you. Mollies give birth to live fry, Cherry Barbs lay eggs. Whenever you get livebearers, be sure to get a 1:2 Male:Female ratio. Thats the minimum number of females per male.
