I want to set up a 20g tank to breed a pair of German Blue Rams and Albino Bristle nose Plecos. I have breed all kinds of live bearers with great success, tho beta's and gouramis have bred I have never seen live young. I like the idea of underwater filters and I want black sand. I have amazon sword plants, water sprite, java moss, and two I think are cryp. Albida and cryp. Beckettii. I am on well water which has a natural high ph which is my biggest concern as I have read GBR need a ph of around 5. I guess my main question is how can I bring and keep my ph in a reasonable level for rams?
