eHarmony? Like all other fish they have to want to pair up nothing u can do will make that happen. Spawning on the other hand will require the right water params. How many do you have of each sex?

When I was trying to breed them I started with 4 males and 6 females and only got one pair. The rest were happy to be fed and swim. I would say you might need to increase your odds.

I have 4 males and 2 females now but it's just a show tank, not trying to breed and it seems they are aware of that bc there has been no attempt to pair up.
