There is no one answer to this question. Under optimal conditions and you are pulling their eggs to incubate artificially? Probably once a week. Some tanks their needs are never really met and they do not spawn a single time. Rams are semi-sensitive to water quality and will not tolerate high levels of nitrate in the water and require a well established tank to thrive. If you provide good water quality and a low stress environment to a male/female pair you will most likely end up with a few spawns.
