Guppies will eat their fry. So you don't need to do anything if you don't want to have too many babies.
I fed the frys cooked egg yolk.

There's really nothing special that you have to do. You actually don't even have to feed them anything special as they can eat crushed up flake food. Parents will usually eat their fry, but it's not a big deal as they can give birth to 20+ fry with little difficulty.

That female in the center does not look healthy... The deformed spine is not a trait that you want to pass along.
That being said, when their belly gets squared off it's going to happen within a few days.

Tails grow back very well. It's not something you will have to worry about.

Looks like the lady chose the ugly ones to give to you. How nice of her...
Your guppies will crossbreed with the platys..

Dunno. Wife told me they crossbreed and I've read they do.
I gave my male+female pair guppies to a friend who only have female Mickey platys and their offsprings were Mickey platys. But I'm unsure if they were pregnant from the LFS.

Guppies and mollies can crossbreed since they are closely related.
Guppies and platies are not closely related. Whoch prevents them from breeding... it doesny stop them from trying though........

Yeppers
Guppies and Mollies are both in the Poecilia genus
Swordtails and Platies are both in the Xiphophorus genus
