my guppy gave birth to 1 fry eariler today so once she did i put her in the breeding trap and she stopped shes still as fat and the gravid spot is pretty dark she looks like she can have more idk why shes not. i took her out and she lies at the bottom with the male allways around her. is she done?

i just saw a egg that was eatin when i moved the plants around to see if there was any hiding fry and the egg was eaten. i have 2 balloon mollies 1 male a female guppies and 1 bumblebee catfish also in the tank. idk if the guppy laid eggs?

guppies dont lay eggs. guppies and mollies are livebearers. do you have snails?

yep, but corydoras are notorious for eating their own eggs before leaving the "bed"

dont think its a cory but it still applies... if its not fertile they will eat it or others will just eat it one way or another.

Do you have a picture of the fish in question? Are there multiples in the same tank? I'm a bit confused I guess! LOL. What are all of the tank inhabitants?
