guppy fry homade filter help

i have a nice 10 g tank and a 2.5 gallon with fry how do i make a good fry safe filter with airpump

I'm not sure how you would make them yourself, but I reccommend just buying a smaller HOB filter and cover up the intake with panty hose or something similar.

Agree with George9. I did something similar when i was breeding guppies and it worked a treat.

A sponge filter is perfect for a fry tank, especially one that small.

Depending on what you are feeding them you may want to include a young bristlenose aswell. Seeing as though it is a small tank you may want one to eat excess food to help maintain the water quality. They wont bother the fry either which is a bonus.
