Help ! Fry emergency

My fish eggs hatched on the 10th sep
All of them have died apart from one
It was doing really well, feeding it egg yolk
It has become quieter and is not swimming very much
Any suggestions on what I should do
Also not grown as much as other pictures I have seen on the internet and hasnt grown tail fins yet yet in pictures they had them
Please help I want to do what’s best
I can add pictures if need be

Yes if possible post a pic. Also test and list your water parameters.
