Housing Over 100 Axolotls

Came out one morning and there were eggs throughout the tank. They have now come out of the embryo and we have them in 3 rectangular containers under the A|C.
Done a little research and and have been informed that the bigger baby Axolotls will eat the smaller ones. Thinking of buying a heap of screw containers and separating them into individual compartments. Has anyone on here bred Baby Axolotls before? And if so do I need to separated them??
