how fast do baby BN plecos grow

So I had a pleasant surprise yesterday (Christmas day) when I discovered 4 baby BN plecos. I've since found another 4 and was wondering how fast will they grow. I don't know how long they've been there. But from a video I watched of someone else's I think they might be around 2-3 weeks old.

I've been trying to get my female to breed for 5 years but was having no luck, until my other male died and i got a new male. The new male has only been in the tank for about a month

Unless they are in a tank with food available 24/7 and clean water, I find that they don't grow very fast. Mine breed in tanks that get water changes 4 times a day and get fed algae disks daily and still they are slow ( compared to other fish's fry) .
