I have 3 Blood Parrots in a 38 Gallon tank.

Well I'm not entirely sure they can as almost all males are sterile and unable to fertilize the eggs, this is why you see a lot of crossbreeds with firemouths and severums etc...now I'm not saying it can't happen but that's just a bit of info that I know.
Also BP's need a lot of space for their size and territory. I would suggest getting a larger tank. The minimum is 45 gal for one and 10 extra for any more after that. Just a thought.
