Inch kribs

So two days ago I noticed that my kribs had a fry... Now the male is maybe an inch and half and the female an inch. They only had three babies but it's not like she could have had much more room inside her for the eggs. The one seems not to have any eyes, Maybe it wasn't done developing but the the other two have blacks specs where the eyes are and this one nothing. It also swims spastically. I was thinking of culling it but didn't know if the eyes may develop or not. Anyways what would you guys do. I'm waiting for my light to come on so I can see if all three are alive.
