Gouramis lay eggs in a bubble nest the male builds...
Most dwarfs sold are male IMO and often end up with Dwarf Gourami Iridovirus(DGIV).
Although your gourami may be holding eggs it looks more bloated IMO?
Good luck and watch to make sure the fish is not constipated...
