Is she pregnant?

I have a glofish that seems to have more fat build up than the others. Her scales on her stomach seem to stick out as well. She is tank mates with 3 other goodish that are not showing this sign. I separated her into a 5 gallon quarantine bin until she gets healthy. Please give me advice or tell me what's wrong?!?!
