here’s Lady, a female guppy we got from our fish supplier very recently. all of a sudden this spot is very noticeable? is she pregnant? we were planning on breeding but!!!! this is too soon!!! please advise sorry if the pic is blurry!

Yeah, she's pregnant. Most female guppies are when you buy them, they can store sperm for around six months and have multiple batches (ie roughly once a month) from a single male.

She’s still very small and almost appears to be a juvenile, also her stomach is not large at all. Can we be sure she’s pregnant? Could the spot be dark for any other reason?

They can get pregnant at 2-3 months old, although the batches may be small. The picture is a little blurry, but unless it has a gonopodium and is starting to color up, then it's a gravid spot.
