Today at 6 days old I put them in a 20 gallon grow out tank

At 2 weeks old the side fins become noticeable and have visible eyes. They are starting to look more like fish

Krill. Food high in krill have given me the best overall results as far as growth in all the cichlids I have bred.

End of week 3 all fins are visible. Fish are approximately .25 inches long

Every 2-3 weeks I had to take the other batch out today 3 days after they hatched because the male was trying to eat them and the female wasn't having it so I put them in my 10 gallon low tech.

Yeah....the fry will go though stages of rapid growth and then slow down and then right back to growing like weeds again.

I was feeding the fry today and I noticed something interesting. The fish at the bottom who are usually almost white with almost no stripes who I paid no attention to before have a blue tint throughout their entire body now
