Since the electric blue is a natural genetic pattern, it is possible for your fish to produce them IF they carry that gene. (From what I understand, they are a weaker form of the fish so even if you do get them in your spawn, they may not survive.) The only way to know for sure if you're going to have some is to know the genetic makeup of the parents. Otherwise, it's a high powered magnifying glass and a good flashlight for ya. Turn off your tank light. You should see the blue reflect in the light from the flashlight in the darkened tank. Good luck
