Julii Laying Eggs

This is the second week in a row that this Julii is laying eggs. What a cool thing to watch!

I can't really answer that, but I read this about there being and albino version.

Corydoras paleatus, the Peppered cory. Both species are extensively bred in captivity. Albino versions of both of these species exist.
