Male Lyretail Swordtail Question

Hello everyone,
I am considering getting several Swordtail's for the tank I am planning and love the little Lyretail's which is where my question comes from. I have been researching Swordtails and know that you should have 1 male to 3 or more females. But Lyretail males can't breed so my question is, can you keep a couple of the Lyretail males with another non-lyretail male Swordtail in the same tank? Not sure if the non-lyretail male somehow knows the other males are not competition and that there is no need to kill each other!! Would have 3 females in the mix as well.

I'm not sure about lyretails not breeding, but as for all males...I'm not sure, males are the aggressive ones IME. Having females usually lessens it.

swordtails will treat eachother as swordtails regardless. HOwever i have kept all males before and they where just fine. This might not always be the case though, you may be taking a gamble.
