Is it possible for my sailfin to get a female sailfin and a normal Molly pregnant?

Yes very possible. Mollies are a genus of fish from the Poeciliidae family, any fish in this family can interbreed such as Mollies x Guppies, Guppies x Guppies, and of course Mollies x Mollies. What cannot cross would be Guppies x Platies and Mollies x Platies. Platies are from a different family.
