My bolivian rams are breeding

Well I looked in my tank and in one of my ornaments is one of the rams guarding his/hers eggs but I'm worried as will they hurt my other fish especially my 2 zebra loaches which use the ornament as a hide out?
P.S He sort of nips the loaches

If the loaches get to stressed will they try and escape but they do seem to be tormenting him
