Keep their water clean

Give them caves/hidey places

Feed them with good foods

When you noticed the female's belly getting cherry red and her fluttering around the male start feeding bloodworms

Leave them alone. Once they get this far, make sure the water is good and leave them alone. Don't stare at them every few minutes. Don't tap on the glass. Just feed them and leave them alone.

The first few spawns may not survive, they might eat the eggs. Be prepared for that. But a pair kept in great condition can spawn something like 8-9 times a year I think.
