How many fish do you have and how long have they been in there?
Is there a filter?
Do you have a liquid test kit? and what are the parameters?
Ammonia
NitrIte
Nitrate
pH
Temp
TDS
GH/KH
How long has the tank been set up? Are you familiar with the nitrification cycle?
Here is a really useful article which will give the basics about the nitrification cycle and some useful and lifesaving information about keeping fish in general. As well as a couple links for fish-in cycling directions.

If this is a new tank you might need to test frequently to keep the water parameters in the safe zone.
If the fish which in the pic look likes a Guppy, has babies, you will need much more room for them than 5G or 20L.
