Newbie Guppy Fry Q

My Guppy fry (6 of) are 4 weeks old on Sunday and look to be strong little swimmers and I intend on letting them into the main tank with 2 female and a male guppy within the next week, but I'm worried they'll be sucked into the pump - it's a 55l with an appropriately sized pump, so am I just being daft? Thanks x

If they are small enough to fit through the intake screen they will get sucked into it. I put a piece of sponge over my filter intakes or wrap some bonded filter pad around it to keep this from happening.

Managed to rescue six, she dropped in the early hours and I awoke to see a tiny wee bub swimming at the glass, right on time to catch momma gobbling it up! Caught her in a breeder net and put some foliage in there as I don't have a breeder tank (as such) and that's what I ended up with, they seem to be doing great - about 1cm and with tail colours beginning to show - so I'm desperate to get them out for a good swim
