Aside from the fish thinning out, how would I know if a platy has aborted her fry?
I have a sunburst platy who was pregnant and gave birth, but only a few survived, which is fine. But it still looks like her gravid spot is slightly dark and she is still fat so whats going on? She is loose in the tank again, but the guppies keep pestering her and swarming her (but she is not popping out fry).
Any ideas?
