Pregnant Cichlid

I think one of my Cichlid's is pregnant. It is a White Fin Acei with a large lump on it's underside. I am new to this so I am not sure what to do. The Acei is with 2 others like it and I have around 13 fish in the tank. I have an empty quarantine tank too. Should I put her in there?
