I have about 60 baby guppy fry that I have in a breeder net right now in my 30 gallon tank and I am going to put them in a 10 gallon tank until they get bigger and then I was going to put them in my 55 gallon tank. So I was wondering since I was going to take and put the fry later when they got bigger in my 55 gallon if I should take and put half of the water from my 30 gallon and take half of the water from my 55 gallon and put it in the 10 gallon fish tank since they will be going in the 55 galling tank later

Since they are still small...I would start off with the water they are in...the 30 gallon. There is time to introduce them into the 55 gal. water later when you get ready to put them in there....my thought is not to shock them with various water qualities from both tanks.
