So I am trying to sex the two I just got. By looking at yours and going off what I learned and what everyone has told me, you have two males. I could be wrong because I am new. I can post pics of mine in the reply if u like so u can see the difference.

From what I can see, both male. Pretty guys. Do you just have those 2? Usually males will not fight each other, especially without a lady present. I kept multiple males in different tanks and never had an issue. Always keep an eye on it though. If you want a pair, you can always see if a store will trade you.

imat, posting pictures would be great. The two rams have been following each other as they are a pair. They aren't fighting either. It is hard to tell the first day we got them though

Males will not necessarily fight. I am quite sure the third picture is a male. Not totally positive about your last one because it is a bit small. Especially since you just got them, they will stick together. Males often will get along fine and not fight.
In case you need some references or if they look different in real life, here is a picture of a female. http://www.cichlidae.com/content/ima...es/a031-04.jpg Look at the nice, round belly.
http://animal-world.com/encyclo/fres...Ciam_Ap8AF.jpg This is a male. See the flatter, more concave belly and no visible breeding tube?
They are notoriously tough though. Just keep an eye on their behavior and you will know soon enough.

Imat, yours are not Bolivan rams, they are German blue rams.

No worries. Very similar species, but they have slightly different sexing techniques. Bolivians tend to be more difficult. I only have experience with the Bolivians and not the GBR.
