Surprise Babies :)

I went to petsmart today to get some comets for our pond... I ended up also buying the two most pregnant guppies and a male guppy. By the time we got home, one of the guppies had had nine fry in the bag. All are alive and well so far Wish me luck with my 13th drop!

The guppy gave birth to 9 fry one of the healthiest drops I've had so far!

Best of luck with the fry. Are they going in the pond? I raise livebeaers in kiddie pools during the summer and talk about production!

They aren't. The pond is strictly for goldfish and catfish, but I really like the kiddie pool idea. We will be bringing the goldfish inside for the winter in kiddie pools in the basement. Maybe I can use them for guppy.breeding in the warmer months!
