swordatil fry

i have three swordtail fry in the marina hang on breeder box and there two weeks old but still very small, they have been in there since they were born, i have a seperate 5 gallon tank cycled and empty with a sponge filter in there for fry, how long should i wait before putting them in there, there will be two 8 month old goldfish in there soon, also has anyone ever used small tubs to breed livebearers in with one airpump powering a filter for each and how can imake a filter for a tub that will be only 4-5 inches tall ?

you can put them out when they are bigger than your adult fish's head, this ensures they won't get eaten, hope this helped

Yeah thanks theres three if them in a 10 gallon on there own waiting for my guppy fry!
