My geophagus spawned again. Last spawn was July 23.They are free swimming already, I never see eggs as they lay them in a castle. If I raised all the fry I would literally have hundreds right now. I am keeping them in the main tank as I have no room for them at all. They will no doubt be eaten by the other tankmates but I truly have no options for them. These fish should have come with a massive spawning warning LOL.

Worse than rabbits aren't they 8O ? That's why I gave mine to my brother I couldn't keep up with them and they were taking up too many grow out tanks. After about four spawns my brother traded them to a local breeder for something a little less productive :D .

:ROFLMAO: I cannot help but believe this was all an elaborate scheme to get yourself a nice 40g breeder tank. This is one of the more common excuses posed by folks with severe MTS.

  Another tank is certainly becoming a serious possibility. Now the Laprochromis are spawning. There must be something in the water.

If there is something in the water I bet you could bottle it and make a fortune. You could call it 'Spawn-Aid'...never mind, that has already been used. In any case you don't have to limit it to just aquarists. Assuming you could succeed with human trials and pass FDA approval there is always 'Natural Viagra'. The possibilities are endless
