Ways to induce or encourage birth?

I have a platty who is very preggers, and squared. However she has not delivered the baby fry for about a week now. Temp and everything is good in the tank. Lights are dim.

My concern is I have 2 surviving fry of her last round in a small fish bowl that I want to transfer back into the breeding net as they are easier to care for there however I cant do that until she gives birth as they are too small to put in there with her.

Any ideas?

Try a water change or feeding frozen bloodworms. I fed my twin bar bloodworms and she dropped within 2 hours afterwards. But water changes work too

Water change and give her time. I'm not aware on how this process can be rushed, they will have them when they are good and ready.
