what are these ?!

we just noticed these in our freshwater tank (pleco tank) what are these and are they dangerous and how would they have got in our tank ?

They are trouble for shrimp and just a pest to the aquarium..

we got plants about 2 or 3 weeks ago we dont have shrimp just baby plecos and male and female plec in the tank ...we just had a new batch (3rd batch) of eggs laid yesterday

I don't think they will bother fry. I have them in a livebearer tank.

Now I'm busy with shrimp.
I have had blue and orange for a long time, and now I have shrimp cherry.
They have multiplied too.
