when my krib fry are wiggling around, would it work to put them in a refugium? homemade one" "

leave them and let the parents take care of them. if you want to pull them out its best to set up their own tank. not too sure about your refugium. the pumps might suck them up i dont know.

Not pumps I was thinkin more of a basket hanging off
He side of he tank

Kribs are known to take good care of their young.
The fry will follow the mother around. It is a sight to see the mother herd the young. When bed time comes she will herd them into their cave and even scoop up the stragglers in her mouth and spit them into the cave.
There are numerous article if you google Krib Breeding about this.
You can move them but you will miss out of watching how well the parants care for them.
