I have a bunch of glofisg fry and eggs in the gravel of my tank. Will they be able to swim out of it? Or should I help?

So what it be hurting them if I move around the gravel with my fingers?

They swim around a little but mostly they stay latched on the walls or plants. Some have got sucked up in the filter. Idk if you are familiar with the fluval view but the whole back white piece is the filter system. It pulls water through holes at the bottom and pushes it up through two filter pads and back into the tank. I bought a sponge to tie down there when I get off work so they stop getting sucked up. I know there's at least 13 fry in the tank that look ok. More down in the gravel. And there's still eggs in the gravel. Will they hatch or did they not make it?
