Mollies are like shameless rabbits... They will do it all the time no matter whos watching. They will even do it while they are already pregnant :-/

The boy has a 3rd fin undernieth. The girl is shorter with 2 fins.. The males top fin is very large the girls is short.

Also mollies will hold on to fertilized eggs for awhile until the water perimeters are just right... High 70's, hiding places, clean water... They might be pregnant but they have an ability to refuse to giving birth. Most likely,if your tank is matured, if the water is warm enough they will.
