Pricing help

Can anyone help me with pricing this piece with java ferns? It would be local pick up. I wasn't planning on selling it but there's a person interested so I wouldn't mind selling and buying a new piece to replace it in my tank. This piece is mopani wood from petco.

Petland in Kahala sells pieces like that, although they are very expensive for what they are. Best just to make one yourself.

Too bad but I'm guessing shipping alone would be expensive. I have it back in one of my tanks for the time being as I was only offered $10 or $15 for both similar pieces which I figured was too low.

I also have a huge madagascar lace plant taller than 1 1/2'. Starting to look cramped in the corner of a 55 gal. Any idea how much I should sell it?
