community Admin, Mentor, Moderator, etc

When you post a message it shows everyone how many post you have and stuff what does it mean when it says you are a community Admin, Mentor, Moderator, and a couple other things. what do they mean and how do you get those postitions?

The team that oversees the forum is made of of volunteers who are usually long time members.
