How to upload photos to my gallery

Does anyone now where you go to load photos into the "My Gallery" section, I tried it and my photos ended up in the members area with all the rest.

The "My Gallery" section is basicly disabled. All photos end up in both locations. This is so we have a gallery that people can use to identify fish as well as get a good feel for what different species look like.
