I can't post comments on photos. why?

I can't grade photos or post comments on them. It says I'm not logged in whenever I'm in the photo gallery; however, when I'm anywhere else on this site it says that I am logged in. Is anyone else having this problem?

Try going to the main forum page....and log out, then log back in.

Have you joined a usergroup (regional forum) lately?
