New portal layout

I'm really liking this new portal layout. Is there anyway to allow us to rearrange the order? I don't want to collapse SW because I like to see it, I would just prefer to have FW on the top, for my personal portal. Just throwing that out there.

Also, I just noticed that the little down arrow, to go to new posts is missing off of the threads I've read in the FW and SW sections but the Other Discussions section has them. Is it possible to turn those on? I know this is probably a work in progress, just something I noticed.
