phone app wont work

Hi.
I usually use my Android phone app. However for the last 10 hours I have been unable to open app. It won't connect to mobile site.
Any ideas?

I'm on Android also and aside for a occasional hiccup, its working fine.

Maybe delete and download again? Try that.

I did the delete and download again as well but it is still having connection errors. I'm on an iPhone. I deleted it twice before it started to work again and it's still having errors.

I didn't have the app when I had my iPhone. So can't help there sorry! All I did with my Android phone was a force close. This week I found an update for the app, so I updated. Everything has been running smoothly since.
Hope you get yours sorted.

Try clearing the app's cache. To do this go to menu, settings, manage applications, find the app, wait for it to finish computing and clear cache and data. Force closing it may also work.
