Trying to upload pics on iPad

I can't figure out how to get the pics to upload on my iPad. I get all the way to upload then it doesn't let me choose where to upload from.

You cannot upload photos from the safari web browser. In order to upload photos from the iPad you will need to download the Aquarium App from the App Store.
